Compliment or complaint
At Mildred Clinics, we are curious about your opinion of our care. We do our best to treat our clients the best we can and make their stay at our clinics as pleasant as possible. Every suggestion, complaint and compliment helps us improve our care even further.
Compliment
Are you satisfied with our care? We’d love to hear how you experienced it. Let us know by emailing us at info@mildredclinics.nl.
Complaint
You may also be dissatisfied with your treatment or experience with our care. If that’s the case, we’d like to hear about it, too.
It often helps to first discuss this with the staff member who is involved. If you can’t work it out together, or if it doesn’t feel comfortable for you, you can contact the complaints officer.
The complaints officer
The independent complaints officer takes the time to listen to you, helps you articulate your complaint clearly and thinks with you about a possible solution. If you wish, they can also supervise a conversation between you and the employee involved.
The complaints officer ensures that all information is carefully collected. Within six weeks you will receive a written response stating what has been done with your complaint.
Registration
We record the complaints that come to us and process them in an annual report. This is done without mentioning the clients’ personal data. So your anonymity is always guaranteed.
You can file your complaint by using the online complaint form or by downloading the form. You can mail the completed form to klachten@mildredclinics.nl. You can also send it by mail. The address is:
