Mildred Clinics is an abortion assistance foundation with two locations: in Arnhem and Eindhoven. Over 5,000 treatments are performed annually.

Governance Code
In its administrative organization, the Mildred Clinics Foundation follows the principle of the Health Care Governance Code. This means that the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors are responsible for good supervision, good governance, accountability and, by extension, for improving the quality of services.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management of the clinics. The regulations of the Board of Directors define its powers and responsibilities.
The remuneration of the director is in accordance with the WNT accountability containing the disclosure requirement (article 5c, paragraph 2 Uitvoeringsregeling WNT) and can be found in the annual report.
The Supervisory Board of the Mildred Clinics Foundation oversees the management and general affairs of the organization. The Supervisory Board Regulations of the Mildred Clinics Foundation define, among other things, the powers and responsibilities of the Supervisory Board.
