perdiez du sang pendant un certain temps. Parfois, ces saignements durent quelques jours, mais ils peuvent aussi durer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 vos prochaines r\u00e8gles. Celles-ci surviennent souvent au bout de 4 \u00e0 6 semaines.  <\/p><p>Il se peut que vous perdiez quelques caillots le premier jour. C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait normal et cela varie d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Assurez-vous d&rsquo;avoir suffisamment de serviettes hygi\u00e9niques \u00e0 la maison. Faire de l&rsquo;exercice ou soulever des objets lourds peut entra\u00eener une perte de sang plus importante et des crampes abdominales au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine.
