Sometimes this blood loss lasts for a few days, or it may be until your next period. This is often after 4 to 6 weeks.  <\/p><p>You may lose some clots on the first day. This is very normal and is different for everyone. Make sure you have enough pads in the house. Working out or lifting heavy things can cause more blood loss and abdominal cramps in the first week. Do you get a fever or lots of abdominal pain? If so, call our clinic or your doctor.     <\/p><p>When you terminate your pregnancy, you may experience different feelings. Do you still have heavy and clear blood loss after this week? Then follow our advice for an additional week. This will ensure that you don&#8217;t get an infection.
